How to Submit

Use the contact page at GetStartedWithMedicare.com and include your name, email address, phone number if submitted, and the request type. We may need to verify the request before taking action.

Verification

We may ask for information needed to match your request to a submitted record. We will not use verification information for unrelated purposes.

Response Timing

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable privacy law when such law applies. If no specific law applies, we will make a reasonable effort to review and respond to the request.

Lead Routing Opt-Out

If you submitted a help request and no longer want contact, ask to be marked Do Not Contact and to opt out of lead sharing. We will update records where operationally possible.
